Qualifying
- Our requirements to approve an application are as follows. Should any of the qualifications not be met, you will be asked for a co-signer to strengthen your application:
- Verifiable Income (check stubs with full name, bank statement, W-2/1099/1040) showing monthly income at least 3x the monthly rent amount. (If you are self-employed you will need to submit your past 2 years tax statements showing your annual income)
- Credit Score above 620, showing good payment history
- Verifiable Rental History
- No evictions or foreclosures within the last 7 years
- No violent or sexual criminal convictions
